Antonella Calandra is a Business Coach, Consultant, and Founder & CEO of The SKN Co., specializing in revenue growth and operational excellence within the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics industries.
She partners with Medi Spas and medical aesthetic clinics to elevate sales performance, increase team productivity, and implement innovative technologies that enhance treatment outcomes and drive measurable revenue. Through strategic consulting, executive coaching, and customized team development programs, Antonella helps clinics strengthen consultation conversions, optimize service and retail performance, and build scalable systems for sustainable growth.
With over two decades of global experience, Antonella has held senior leadership roles within renowned luxury hospitality brands, including launching the Willow Stream Spa brand across Fairmont Hotels and serving as Spa Director at Hockley Valley Resort. She began her career working alongside executive teams at Four Seasons Hotel Tunis and The Ritz-Carlton, Paris, where she developed her systems-driven approach to operational excellence.

Laura MacDougall
Laura MacDougall has spent more than 15 years building, leading, and scaling successful ventures within the medical and aesthetic industry. Her career began in dentistry in Ontario, where she opened and managed clinics before discovering the transformative power of medical aesthetics. Experiencing firsthand how aesthetic treatments restore confidence reshaped her professional path and defined her purpose.
As Vice President and co-owner of AFYA Skin & Body, Laura played a pivotal role in driving substantial growth through strategic leadership and the integration of advanced aesthetic technologies, particularly InMode. In 2022, she sold her multi-million-dollar clinics and joined InMode, supporting practices across Ontario West in optimizing technology, elevating sales performance, and strengthening profitability.
Today, Laura is the owner of Ritual House, a medical aesthetic clinic in Grimsby, Ontario, where clinical excellence and elevated client experience intersect. She is also the proud owner of The Clinic Academy, a consulting firm devoted to helping clinic owners build financially thriving, sustainable brands, and the co-founder of The SKN Co., a medical aesthetics distribution company bringing innovative solutions to the industry.
